Cuscowilla

A Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore Masterpiece.

Cuscowilla
is a 600+ acre planned community that is very family oriented. The community is
divided into the Lake Village, Golf Village, and Lakeside Restaurant. Cuscowilla
is home to the 1999 Southern Living Idea House, now owned by one of the
principal owners of Cuscowilla and available through the Cuscowilla sales office
for corporate outings. Properties available are lakefront, golf course, and
interior estate lots as well as the unique Club at Cuscowilla which
offers a partial ownership plan for limited use of property facilities.
New multi-family units are also now available as well as cottages in various
sizes.
The Waterside Restaurant at Cuscowilla is earning rave reviews from all
who have enjoyed the dining experience offered there as well as the Golf
House, the clubhouse for the Cuscowilla Golf Club. They are favorite gathering
spots for everyone in the Lake Oconee area who travel to this beautiful setting
by both vehicle and boat.
The golf course is a Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore design that uses the natural
terrain to the utmost - very little equipment shaping was used. The greens are
top rated in the area in contour, speed, and overall quality. For the second
consecutive year since its opening, The Golf Club at Cuscowilla has been named to Golfweek's

Harbor Club - Golf,
Croquet, and More

The
Harbor Club Golf Course opened for play in March, 1991 and was named one of the
best new private courses in America for that year. It was the first design for
the award winning architectural team of Tom Weiskopf and Jay Moorish east of the
Mississippi, and they consider it one of their best. By utilizing the natural
contours of exceptional real estate, Weiskopf/Morrish have been able to design a
spectacular course that encounters Lake Oconee six times during its winding
journey through pine and hardwood forests. The course also skirts four creeks,
many interior lakes, and encounters bridges specially built to preserve natural
wetland beauty. Styled in the tradition of classic Sottish architects from the
1920's and 30's, this Weiskopf/Moorish creation is ranked as one of America's
best golf courses. Country club membership is restricted to property owners only
but the golf course is currently open to limited daily fee play.
The Harbor Club clubhouse restaurant recently changed management. Now known as
the Polo Grille and Lounge, the restaurant offers excellent service, quality food,
and warm atmosphere. The Polo Grille is open to the public.
Real estate investment opportunities at Harbor Club include Polo Villas,
Lakeside Villas, Golf Cottages, lakefront homes and homesites, and interior/golf
course homes and homesites.

Reynolds
Landing, A Linger Longer Community (formerly Port Armor)

Reynolds Landing Golf Club was the first golf course built on popular Lake Oconee
opening in 1986. Golf
Digest called it "One of the top courses in the country", and Golf
Magazine proclaimed it "One of the best in the world". The
6,926-yard, Scottish-style championship course is a design masterpiece of Robert Cupp. Winding along Lake Oconee and through the surrounding woodlands,
Reynolds Landing offers the challenge and satisfaction that many courses claim to offer but
few can deliver. A complete green renovation and course modification project
begun in 2000 and continued under the Linger Longer Community banner has now
been completed - "the best just got better!" In addition to property owner
golf memberships, this spectacular golf course is currently open to limited daily fee play.
In addition to golf, Reynolds Landing will offer croquet greens, tennis, a
full service marina, and the new water park. The new Reynolds Landing clubhouse opened in September
2007 to rave reviews for its atmosphere, superb service, and dining fare.
Opened early in the summer of 2007, the Reynolds Landing water park is a popular spot for
hosting happy hours and hours of fun for the
entire family.
Real estate investment opportunities in Reynolds Landing's 1,200+ acres include lakefront homes and home sites; golf and interior homes and
